Butterflies are a symbol for transformation and are often selected to represent beauty, change and hope in a woman's life. This lamp is made from an old seamstress bust where I painted a graphic geometric design and embellished with transparent butterfly appliques. The bust was retrofitted with new wiring and features a caged Edison globe bulb (socket will take a 3-way bulb). Lamp is appx. 76" tall and 15" wide, the cord is 60" long.
