Medium: Eucalyptus, Maple & Mahogany Woods
My goal was to make a one-of-a-kind display table that was as beautiful as the items that would be placed upon it. The top is solid book-matched figured Eucalyptus, the top arms are Bird's Eye Maple, the bottom arms are Curly Maple and the rope twist stem is Honduran Mahogany. Each of the eight arms was cut by hand with a #9 scrollsaw blade; lasers would leave black edges and CNC machines cannot do this type of work. This unique table was finished only with oil and wax as I never use stain. I know it will be an amazing addition to any home.
